Paperless Billing is Here!

Trussville Gas and Water is pleased to announce that we have launched a more secure, convenient and user-friendly online bill payment experience for our customers. The new and improved interface will allow our customers to pay their bill whenever, wherever and however they want.

How can I enroll in paperless billing?

Visit and click the “Register for paperless billing” option or Click HERE, and be redirected to the new customer portal. Just follow the directions to set up an account. It is fast and easy.

What new features are offered?

Our new features include:

  • An improved user experience.
  • An option to enroll in paperless billing with email or text reminders.
  • A “Pay Now” feature that allows quick payments without registering.
  • Ability to save payment information securely.
  • Ability to schedule automatic payments from bank account or credit card.
  • Ability to register an account and view pay history, past statements and utility usage information.

Additionally, we have implemented a new, automated phone payment system with features such as a quick account balance review and a 24-hour, secure, self-pay by phone option.

Our new payment portals will accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and electronic checks, and Trussville Gas & Water will cover the costs associated with these services.

We are excited about these changes as they reflect our continual commitment to providing a superior customer service experience for our Trussville Gas & Water community. We value our customers and recognize that they want flexibility, accessibility, convenience, and a user-friendly experience without sacrificing security. We believe these new features will deliver them.

Who is providing these new services?

In an effort to provide the highest level of financial security to our customers, we have collaborated with Paymentus Corporation. Paymentus is a provider of innovative, reliable and secure electronic bill presentment and payment services for clients in the utility industry.

Will I still be able to use the previous payment system?

No. Beginning December 2019, payment services through our previous provider will no longer be available and all online payments will be processed through our new bill pay provider, Paymentus.

Are there any additional fees for these new services?

These services are offered as a convenience to our customers. Trussville Gas & Water will pay any fees associated with this new service and the use of credit, debit or e-check payments.

What payments methods are accepted?

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and E-check.
