• Service Address
• Mailing Address, if different from above
• Current Telephone Number
• Employer and Work Number
• Social Security Number
• Date of Birth

Turn on charges and Deposits are as follows:

Homeowner

Turn on charges:

• Water $10.00
• Gas $15.00

 

Renter or Mobile Home

Turn on charges:

• Water $10.00
• Gas $15.00

*Deposits:

Water $25.00 Gas $100.00

Turn on charges are nonrefundable and deposits are refundable when you leave the service area.
