BUDGET BILLING
     For the convenience of our customers, Trussville Utilities offers a budget billing program. This program allows you to plan ahead and is especially helpful to our customers on a fixed income.
    In order to qualify for budget billing, you must be active on our system for at least 13 months at the address where you want the account to be budgeted, and the account must also have a zero balance due.
    Budget billing amounts are based on the previous 12 month history of the customer's account, and the amount billed is an average of that usage. The budget billing is updated twice a year and is based on the previous 12 month usage.
    Budget billing accounts must be kept up to date in order to benefit you, the customer. If an account is not kept up to date, the account will be taken off budget billing and all amounts will be due in full at that time.
