For the convenience of our customers, Trussville Utilities has added a Bank Draft Form to our website. For those of you not familiar with bank draft - it is a plan in which payment for your utility bill is directly deposited from your banking account. To use this service, we require that you fill out our Bank Draft Form.

You will need:

• A VOIDED CHECK - from the bank account you wish to draft from along with the bank's telephone number
• A CURRENT UTILITY BILL - from the utility account you wish to pay
• A COMPLETED AND SIGNED BANK DRAFT FORM

The form is available online in two formats - Microsoft Word (doc) and Adobe Reader (pdf). You will need one of these programs to open the form and print it out. If you don't have adobe reader, you can download it here.
