Bank Draft Form

Bank Draft is a plan in which payment for your utility bill is directly deposited from your banking account. To use this service, we require that you fill out our Bank Draft Form.

Please print and fill out and sign the Bank Draft Form and attach:

A VOIDED CHECK - from the bank account you wish to draft from along with the bank's telephone number
A CURRENT UTILITY BILL - from the utility account you wish to pay

You can either bring it by the main office or mail it back to us with the attachments.
